شیعہ رشتے صرف ایک مفت سہولت پلیٹ فارم ہے۔ سائٹ کا مالک کسی بھی وعدے، معاہدے یا فیصلوں کی کوئی ذمہ داری قبول نہیں کرتا۔

1. Platform Purpose — مقصد

ShiaRishtay.com.pk exists solely to facilitate connections between Shia Muslim individuals and families seeking marriage partners. We are a digital notice board — we do not arrange marriages, verify personal claims, or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by users. شیعہ رشتے صرف شیعہ مسلمان افراد اور خاندانوں کو ملانے کے لیے بنائی گئی ہے۔ ہم شادیاں طے نہیں کرتے یا صارفین کی معلومات کی تصدیق کی ضمانت نہیں دیتے۔

2. No Financial Charges — کوئی فیس نہیں

ShiaRishtay.com.pk is completely FREE. We do not charge any registration fee, monthly fee, or any other fee. If anyone claims to be from ShiaRishtay and asks for money, they are fraudulent. Report immediately to admin@shiarishtay.com.pk شیعہ رشتے مکمل طور پر مفت ہے۔ اگر کوئی شیعہ رشتے کی طرف سے پیسے مانگے تو وہ دھوکہ دہی ہے۔

3. User Responsibility — صارف کی ذمہ داری

All users are fully responsible for: • Accuracy of information in their profiles • Any commitments or promises made to other users • Meetings or agreements made outside this platform • Their own safety when meeting people from this platform • Any financial arrangements between parties تمام صارفین اپنی معلومات، وعدوں، ملاقاتوں اور مالی معاملات کے لیے خود ذمہ دار ہیں۔

4. Admin Rights — ایڈمن کے اختیارات

The admin has full rights to: • Approve or reject any profile without reason • Delete any profile at any time • Suspend or ban any user • All admin decisions are final ایڈمن کو کسی بھی پروفائل کو منظور یا رد کرنے، حذف کرنے اور کسی بھی صارف کو بلاک کرنے کا مکمل اختیار ہے۔

5. Privacy of Data — ڈیٹا کی رازداری

• Personal information is only used for matrimonial matching • We do not sell your data to third parties • Contact details only shared between mutually interested parties • We use Supabase for secure data storage ذاتی معلومات صرف رشتہ میچنگ کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہے۔ ہم آپ کا ڈیٹا کسی کو نہیں بیچتے۔

6. Good Faith Platform — نیک نیتی کا پلیٹ فارم

This platform has been built in good faith to serve the Shia Muslim community of Pakistan and worldwide. We believe Nikah is a sacred institution in Islam and aim to make the process easier while maintaining Islamic values. یہ پلیٹ فارم نیک نیتی کے ساتھ شیعہ مسلم کمیونٹی کی خدمت کے لیے بنایا گیا ہے۔ ہم اسلامی اقدار کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے نکاح کے عمل کو آسان بنانا چاہتے ہیں۔

7. No Guarantee — کوئی ضمانت نہیں

ShiaRishtay.com.pk makes no guarantee of: • Finding a suitable match • Accuracy of user-provided information • Character or intentions of any user • Outcome of any interaction between users شیعہ رشتے کسی مناسب رشتے کی ضمانت نہیں دیتا۔
